Total Shift Control

Reconciliation

The Reconciliation module provides Health Care Systems the ability to adjust shift data to reflect what was actually worked by the health care professional.  This provides accurate data that feeds into the Billing Module for accurate invoicing to agencies.  It may also be used strictly for internal nursing populations to accurately track scheduled vs. unfilled/cancelled shifts for detailed reporting.   It supports time card uploads for storage in a central repository viewable online by hospital administrators and agencies.

Time Card Repository - Upload or fax time card per shift.  Can be used to track billing where only shifts that have time cards are billed.

Voice Time and Attendance Technology allows for real-time clock in and out capability.  This vastly simplifies reconciliation process and takes the place of time cards for any agency staff.

Reverse Billing - Shifts can have a separate billing date instead of the actual shift date.  This allows shifts to be billed at any time.

Post Payment Reconciliation - This functionality allows for negative hour shifts to be created offsetting an incorrectly billed shift.  A copy of a shift is created, referencing the original Shift ID for your billing records.

Management of Overtime, Hourly Bonuses and Break Time.

Wage Code Management

Wage Codes can be assigned to shifts and reflected in Billing.

Automated Wage Code assignment can be set up per Position Type and Facility.

Billing

B4Health's Billing Module allows Health Care Systems to generate invoices directly from the Vendor Management System.  This module works closely with Reconciliation, providing hospitals the ability to edit shift data for accurate billing. The system allows for reverse invoicing and corrections for past billing periods through use of negative hours, negative rates, reconcile shift id, and a separation of the billing date from the date of the shift.  Wage and pay codes are also supported at the shift level for a variety of agency spend reports in addition to agency billing.
